August 25
Police responded to a report of gunshots heard on the Dyea Road.
An individual who was unconscious in a nearby resident’s yard was given a courtesy ride home.
A report of two large dogs at large was received. The owner was contacted and the dogs were apprehended.
A found iPhone was dropped off and later reunited with the owner.

August 26th
EMS assisted with a scheduled medevac.
A report of a lost purse was received. Purse was later found in the reporting party’s hotel room.
A report of a lost camera was received. The owner later reported the camera was found.
Police responded to a report of rocks on the Klondike Highway.

August 27th

Police assisted a motorist in unlocking a vehicle.
A report of a minor fender bender was received. Both parties exchanged insurance information.

August 28th

Police reported a vehicle leaking oil in the seawalk parking lot.

A local business complained of another tour company using their business name in a slogan. It was determined to be a civil issue as no ordinances were violated.

August 30th
