A report was received stating that there were rocks along State Street, from the bridge into town. It appeared that the rocks had been dumped along the road.

A parking complaint was received and an officer responded.

A lost driver’s license was turned in to SPD. The owner picked it up later that day.

Fire Department personnel responded to an unaccompanied burn.

Elena Ivanova, 21, of Skagway was charged with Theft in the Third Degree after an officer assisted a citizen with reclaiming a stolen bicycle.

Michael Glaubitz, 37, of Skagway was charged with negligent driving and leaving the scene of an accident.
