Harlan

Thomas and Georgia Cochran, of Skagway, are excited to announce the birth of their son, Harlan Paul Cochran. Harlan was born at 9:24 a.m. in the evening on Monday, July 17, at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage. He weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces and measured 20 inches in length.

Joshua Thomas, 12, and Kaleb Eli, 9, are the proud big brothers and the family dog Kalze, 5, has adjusted to her new life as protector.

Maternal grandparents are Paul and Deborah Jackson and great-grandmother, Mary Ellon Jackson, all of Crawfordville, Georgia.

Paternal grandparents are Tom and Tammy Cochran and great-grandmother, Ginny Cochran, all of Skagway, and great-grandparents Don and Janet Cochran of South Walden, Vermont.

Andy and Juliene Miles of Skagway are proud to announce the birth of their son, Noah James Miles. Noah arrived at 4:48 a.m. on Sunday, July 30, at Bartlett Regional Hospital in Juneau, Alaska. He weighed 8 pounds 7 ounces and measured 21 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Janet and Dr. Randall Halley and John and Nancy Price of Springfield, Missouri. Paternal grandparents are James and Kathleen Miles of Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
