The Skagway News is hiring a Newsie Coordinator. This is a part time job involves scheduling the Newsies from May through August and splitting the duties of accompanying them to the docks in the morning from approximately 6:45 – 8 a.m. Pay will be $18/hour for dock days and a negotiated stipend for the scheduling portion. The new coordinator will need both a CLAA ID and a current TWIC card. Applicants must supply at least two referrences as this job requires working with minors.
