A caller reports their spouse had driven the Klondike Highway, but after a couple hours passed with no contact, was growing concerned. An officer confirmed the missing person’s information and started an investigation. The individual had been found, uninjured, with vehicle in a ditch halfway between Fraser Border and US Border. Unsuccessful attempts were made to retrieve the vehicle at the time. Officer assisted individual back to town.

Fire personnel responded to an EWS Fire alarm in the downtown area. It was found that an air leak in the water system was the reason behind alarm going off.
