Police personnel responded to an accident where an unmanned vehicle rolled backwards and struck the door of a downtown business. 

Dispatch received an iPhone satellite SOS emergency message reporting a multiple victim violent crime was taking place at the Laughton Glacier trailhead. Police personnel requested assistance from Temsco and did an overhead search of the area and trail before a ground search. They also stopped the train that had passed the trailhead when the message was sent. Nothing was found to be amiss. Upon further investigation, it appears it was a swatting incident and was traced to an individual on a cruise ship. It was referred to the Alaska State Troopers to continue the investigation in the next port.

A caller reported their truck appeared to have been stolen from the Small Boat Harbor parking lot. It was later discovered it had been mistaken for a similar looking Turo rental and a tourist had taken it to Canada.
