Multiple reports received of bear activity near the Municipal dumpster at Alaska Street and State Street

Fire personnel responded to an EWS sprinkler alarm at a downtown location, the alarm was determined to be false. 

A report of a lost passport was received.

Dispatch contacted responsible parties for housing to get trash cleaned up that was strewn in the alley at a residential location.

A small checkered Vans backpack was reported as lost.
